Certification Course Course Dates/Register
Our Certified Food Manger Course & Exam is for people who need initial certification. This course meets all state requirements for both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The course begins at 8:29 a.m. with the exam administered around 2:30 p.m. Most people are completed with the exam by 4:30 p.m. There is a 45 minute break for lunch on your own. Pre-registration and payment is required. Register online, we accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express and Discover. The course fee of $185 includes:

- State approved/national recognized exam
- State application form
- Exams available in many languages
